Se mi rivolgo ad un'AGENZIA X trovare un inquilino referenziato e mi ritrovo un insolvente matricolato i casi sono due: 1) La Agenzia non ha fatto controlli 2) Era d'accordo coll'inquilino per bidonare il locatore. In ogni caso la Agenzia si è giocata la faccia, amesso che ne avesse una!!!

E' a conoscenza che lo sfratto richiede anni, così lui vivrà gratis nell'alloggio. 6) Il cliente sprovveduto di SKYHOUSE, si rivolge all'agenzia che candidamente gli dice "NOI PRESENTIAMO l'inquilino, ma non possiamo certo garantire che pagherà il canone. 7) LO sprovveduto deve rivolgersi ad un legale e rimetterci migliaia - con buona pace di SKY HOUSE IMMOBILARE che ha ancora una volta colpito ed affontato il cliente.

RispondiEliminaSe mi rivolgo ad un'AGENZIA X trovare un inquilino referenziato e mi ritrovo un insolvente matricolato i casi sono due: 1) La Agenzia non ha fatto controlli 2) Era d'accordo coll'inquilino per bidonare il locatore. In ogni caso la Agenzia si è giocata la faccia, amesso che ne avesse una!!!

4) TIZIO firma il contratto ed accetta il canone, con la intenzione poi di non pagare.
5)TIZIO entra nell'alloggio dopo qualche mese sospende i pagamenti. E' a conoscenza che lo sfratto richiede anni, così lui vivrà gratis nell'alloggio.
6) Il cliente sprovveduto di SKYHOUSE, si rivolge all'agenzia che candidamente gli dice "NOI PRESENTIAMO l'inquilino, ma non possiamo certo garantire che pagherà il canone.
